This page explains how to delete your Survival Isles account and the data linked to it.

Delete from inside the app (immediate)

1. Open Survival Isles and tap Settings.
2. Open Account and tap Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account, cloud save, leaderboard entry and purchase records are erased from our servers immediately, and the app removes its data from your device and returns to the title screen. If you signed in with Apple, the app also asks Apple to revoke the sign-in it gave the app (you confirm with Face ID or Touch ID).

Guest players (no account) use the same button: it erases everything stored on the device and the guest's leaderboard entry. If the device is offline at that moment, the device is erased at once and the guest entry is removed from our servers the next time the app is opened with a connection.

Purchases and subscriptions stay with your Apple or Google account. Deleting your account does not cancel a Survivor's Pass subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Delete without the app (e-mail request)

If you have already uninstalled the app, e-mail support@flowzy.ai with the subject "Delete my Survival Isles account" from the address linked to your account (guest players: include your survivor name and roughly when you last played). We verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days, then confirm by e-mail.
