E-mail: support@flowzy.ai. Tell us your device model, the app version (Settings, at the bottom) and what happened.
Purchases: gems, the Starter Pack, Remove Ads and the Survivor's Pass are sold by Apple and Google. If something did not arrive, open the Shop or Settings and tap Restore Purchases first, then write to us with the date of the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com → Order history).
Cancel the Survivor's Pass: in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (the Shop links there). Deleting the game or your account does not cancel it.

Delete your account: in the app, Settings → Account → Delete account (type DELETE to confirm). Without the app, see the account deletion page or e-mail us.
